"The Obama Doctrine:"

You know the more I read this...Obama's a smart cookie, he sees issues in the round, he examines them frontwards and backwards, sees the complexities--even when they're not there! but does not synthesize his views into a gut belief system, I don't think there is such a thing as an "Obama Doctrine," there is not a coherent whole that results from his analysis and thinking, it's just an individual series of decisions that he makes, carefully and intelligently, but in isolation from any overall belief system...He reminds me of another smart president who became paralyzed by analyzing, Jimmy Carter.
