There are 144M anthropoids in Russia. Certainly many, most, perhaps nearly all, need be killed if the world's people ever are to have peace. But I do not think it moral--nor necessary or practical--to exterminate every single Russian. If we compelled Russia, through killing attacks and apartheid segregation to completely demilitarize, we could spare much anthropoidal life. If not, though,--how many anthropoids do you leave alive? 1M? 2M? I don't like the sound of "millions".
