Finland's minister for European affairs says the Nordic country is "highly likely" to join NATO, a move Russia has warned against.

On expansion of NATO now, after Ukraine, if a country wishes membership and meets the criteria (democratic gov’t, integration in NATO’s central military command) I’m all for it whatever the risk of war with Russia.
