Got a tickle a little bit ago. Came back from getting Chinese food and there was an Orthodox couple with their three children waiting for the elevator. The mother had one little one asleep on her shoulder and another, a toddler, within arm's reach. The father was behind with a baby in a stroller. I motioned for all of them to go ahead of me in the elevator. "No, no, I need you," the mother said. To me. So I obeyed, which is what any man interested in self-preservation must do with a large commanding Orthodox Jewish woman. So I accompanied her and the two kids into the elevator and we left her husband with the baby in the lobby. “I need you to push the buttons", she said, and I laughed out loud and caused her to laugh out loud (the sun wasn't down yet, the husband was surplus to needs).
