Seven years on Donald Trump continues to distort our space-time, his gravitational pull sucking in all matter and available light, our thoughts and emotions, our civic discourse. He has divided us, including within families, seized control of the presidency with foreign assistance and attempted to end our republican form of government.
And there is no end in sight. Run or not run, win or lose if the former, he will continue to exert this influence unparalleled in our 246 year history. Do black holes die? I don't know. We will not be outside his orbit until he does.
