Is he mentally competent? Sane?

You know how torn I am about giving 45th any more political oxygen than absolutely necessary. So I waited several hours to post this. I don’t read what 45th “truths” on site. I only see it when people who I follow, like George Conway in this instance, re-tweet it on their avcounts. I post this because there are real questions like those that appear in the subject of this post. Here’s the “truth” from 45th today:

What is he talking about? I don't even know what he’s referring to in the first clause of the first sentence. Loose Cannon’s order on the special master? That has nothing to do with the election.

The second clause is the most insane. Are DOJ and FBI going to overturn the 2020 election? That is so far out there as an IMPOSSIBILITY that sincerely I wonder if a full mental health exam would find him within fifteen standard deviations of normal. He's not all there. Seriously, there is some mental disturbance present.

What can be done about this? I don’t know. There’s no case as platform to make him submit involuntarily to any mental health exam to determine competency or sanity. Merrick Garland certainly would use this “truth” as one more grain of sand to indict 45th. I mean, it’s not florid gibberish. The syntax is proper. It’s the content that is disturbed, and disturbing.
