With McCarthy saying he does not want another vote tonight, it looks like House Republicans will move to adjourn until noon tomorrow.

Representative Kevin McCarthy of California just told reporters that he doesn’t want another vote tonight. “I don’t think voting tonight is productive,”..[and] that he didn't think voting tonight would make a difference, "but I think voting in the future will.”
He is certainly correct as to another vote or votes tonight, see e.g. colloquial definition of insanity. Whether "voting in the future" will make a difference is contingent on the change of behavior adverted to in said colloquial definition.
