Chazz hazz had a great quarter, 31-20. The difference between teams at different levels in the NBA is at the margins and, as here, the margin is often the missed shot that could just turn the game. I’ve noticed that frequently with the offense-challenged “Heat.” They get the deficit down to a handful but when they go for the kill shot they miss the artery. In NY tonight, although Chazz hazz no gotten it down to 5, they had two shots from three when it was 7 that could have gotten it closer, to 4. They missed both 3’s.
