@BillKristol Whoa. Fox drops its suit against Grossberg, Grossberg is sticking to her case against Fox. Seems like a major retreat by Fox. And seems like the Dominion lawsuit might really end up doing well-deserved damage to Fox.
Abby Grossberg was Tucker Carlson's booking producer. She filed a discrimination suit that Fox had coerced, intimidated and misinformed her in preparation for her deposition in the Dominion v Fox case so that she would not tell the truth about bookings on Carlson's show. Fox countersued asking the judge to issue a gag order that Grossberg not be permitted to tell the truth. Fox filed their countersuit Monday, yesterday. Their brief was over 500 pages long. Today:
