I watched a Paul Finebaum podcast with some other guy today, it was actually the other guy's (Matt Barrie?) show. I watched to get details of what Finebaum said about Nick Saban's bullying of the media. Then in skipping around trying to find that I heard the host say something about Notre Dame and a quarterback. I rewound: "For 3-5 years we've been saying if Notre Dame ever got a quarterback..." Brian Kelly, LSU's coach was ND's coach for years. And as long as Kelly was in South Bend I said I didn't understand why and how he couldn't recruit a QB to QB U. He's gone one year and Marcus Freeman, his successor, got one, a transfer from somewhere. When Kelly was at Cincinnati he had GREAT QBs. Not at Notre Dame. Maybe he has one in Jayden Daniels at LSU.
