Will the committee penalize M for the scandal? I would if I had a vote. But, by penalize, would I jump Half Ass U over them off an unimpressive home win over an unranked team playing a freshman QB? #5 Washington beat no. 18 Utah 35-28 in Seattle. I would bump them over Half Ass U and knock Michigan out of the playoff.
