Appellate Judge (a different on than the venue judge) Rejects Trumpie Gag Order Appeal

By my count that leaves the (second) recusal motion in front of Judge Merchan and the mysterious lawsuit against Merchan for denial before Trumpie goes to trial Monday. He is fighting so hard on a case he may win with the jury anyway. 🤷🏻‍♂️
