“We want delay”: Trumpie Files More Appeals

There are two he filed today on an “emergency” basis: one to delay the hush money trial until he can file another appeal on Judge Merchan’s ruling on immunity; the other to recuse Merchan. This is from Noodles so I don’t know if this is one appeal or two or two grounds in one motion, or if this is the mysterious lawsuit. CNN says todays appeals were filed today and that an emergency hearing was set for 4 pm today.
