Haberman has noted a couple of times that Merchan is particularly hard on Necheles, who defended the Trump Org. in the case before Justice Merchan. That is a bitchy thing to say if not 100% true. I didn’t like the idea of Necheles handling the cross of Daniels before this. Now I really don’t like it.
