Damian Lillard signed a 3-year, $42M contract to return to Portlandia. Lillard was waived by Beer earlier in July and is out the whole of this next season after tearing his Achilles in a playoff game against Indiana (whose star, Tyrese Haliburton also tore his Achilles against Dynasty in the Finals).
