Republican Texas is incompetent

"Texas is ready", said then Gov. Rick Perry said in 2005 after Hurricanes Katrina and Rita decimated New Orleans. A Texas County Grand Jury indicted Perry on corruption charges in 2014. An appeals court dismissed the indictment in 2015. He then became President Fuckface von Clownstick appointed Perry as Secretary of Energy in 2017. Perry resigned in 2019. Perry segued into the entertainment field in 2019 with his debut on Dancing with the Stars.

In Feb. 2021 under new governor Greg Abbott Costello Texas experience a catastrophic power outage. Texas' power grid is separate from two major federal power grids on accounta Texas doesn't want federal oversight. Estimates of the killed ranged from 246 to 702. Most poignantly, Ted Cruz, the Senator from Canada had to relocate and became the Senator of Cancun.

Now, in July 2025, Texas was again caught with it's headquarters where its hindquarters are and 79 are dead with a number unknown to me still missing in a flood.

Republican Texas is not ready for shit. They are incompetent boobs.
