The "Orangeman" doesn't look happy, does he? Two or three weeks ago he was the hot, hot HOT guy on ACC campuses. They were going around scalping opponents left and right, as Injuns are wont to.
p.s. I bear no ill will toward Syracuse University. But I tell you, it angers me, and I'm ashamed for the university, that they continue to maintain that deeply offensive mascot.
I figured they would kill my Beloved Pitt "Panthers" and use his carcass as a rug in the teepee. Pitt was in the midst of the Holstein Doldrums. Syracuse had the talismanic QB. Then, the "Orangemen" Chief got hurt and was lost for the season. Ah jeez. Losses followed the loss. Instead it was Pitt that found some firewater in the Mason Heintschel Happening. And now, of course it's time for the annual "Panthers"-"Orangemen" game. It's up there, in the Carrier Dome. Pitt has won nineteen of the last twenty-two battles and are favored by 10.5--on the road--to take another chunk out of the "Orangemen". Oh well, sucks to be 'Cuse.
