0920: Reconnoiter with Carmen in lobby. Step outside. Sunny, 45 degrees. Carmen whimpers.
0935: Ground Zero. Street dance to officially open Stemfest.
0950: No music, no singing, no noise except clomp of wooden shoes on street. Carmen noted there would be noise at an Hispanic festival. Agreed.
