Why in hell was President Obama not in this march today? Why was the highest American official in Paris General Holder? What, was the Secretary of Agriculture busy? Why no Obama or Biden? In order of importance the officials of the executive branch of the U.S. government are:

2. Vice President.
3. Secretary of State.
4. Treasury.
5. Defense.
6. Justice.
