This is a rare look. In my internet searches I had difficulty finding a high heel turned precisely as the porn model has it. This does not show the lines of the shoe so it is does not have that aesthetic WOW. So why would the porn model have used the shoe as an aesthetically unpleasing fig leaf? She could have turned it upside down and still provided cover.
