I do not understand why that is the dominant publocc today. I would have thought an investigation would have been started in the summer of 2016 when the former CIA director wrote an op-ed saying that Trump was an "unwitting agent" of the Russian Federation.
And I thought that was precisely what Robert Mueller's charge was.
