I mean, my God, what is going on? City is arrogantly somnambulant, Tottenham has just collapsed and United, United has been drifting downward for years but my God, you lose 1-0 to Newcastle-upon-Coca-Cola? Couldn't score a goal, huh? Second time in three days ManUre dropped a goose egg turd, Thursday at AZ Alkmaar on Europa. Last season, the Champions League was an all Premier League final. Last season Spurs knocked City, who won the EPL, out of the CL final. This season, Spurs, I cannot think of a better way to put it than I have, Spurs have just collapsed, I have never seen anything like it; City is (see above) and United ditto. This season a repeat of an all England European final is a bad joke. City will compete for the league title and in Europe but Spurs are in such a state that they do not look capable of even qualifying (top four and they are currently ninth) for the Champions League next season and United, just drifting, drifting, drifting ever downward.
