Bambi Lives

FT Milwaukee 118 Miami 115. Somebody made a quick two for us to make it 116-115 with :02.2. Mil inbounded, Miami immediately fouled Middleton who went to the line and made both. Very impressed with KM in OT. That guy has got ice water running through him and looks like it. He does not get rattled by the pressure. And he is a nice guy! Jae Crowder fell backwards over Khris near the end of OT and was in some pain. KM knelt over him to make sure he was okay and then when Jae got up KM patted him on the back. Great guy Khris Middleton and great ball player. Quality all around.

How weird is that that Milwaukee gets its first win of the series with its soon-to-be back-to-back league MVP and Defensive POY out of the game for almost three quarters? It seemed to confuse the "Heat" for the rest of the first half, but credit the "Bucks" players for hanging with Miami the entire second half and then winning it in OT. That is a good team there, Milwaukee. Eric Bledsoe in the first half, KM in the OT, they just made like it was no problem, they knew they could do it. Very impressive. And from the way they started! Mil didn't look like no top-seed in the 1Q. They looked rusty, they were slow, they looked disinterested, lacking "urgency" as JVG said. To come out of that kind of performance, in a 12-point hole, to lose your superstar, and still win the game! Shit man, that's why they have the best record in the league. Hats off to them.
