Scotland goes to the polls today. The Scottish Nationalist Party, res ipsa loquitur, is favored to win but not an outright majority in the semi-independent Scottish Parliament. If they do win a majority they will call for another referendum on Scottish independence. Seven years ago Scots voted to remain a part of Great Britain but five years ago they roundly opposed Brexit.
