We don't know what Jimmy was saying after the first technical. He was not facing either the ref who gave him the first one
or the ref who gave him the second one. You're much more vulnerable to a T when you clearly are directing it at one particular ref (The worst I ever saw was the one on Kyle Lowry a few games ago.) but if you're launching F-bombs every other word you could be saying it to the heavens and get T-'d up.
I'm not justifying it! I'm just saying that unlike in Kyle's situation where everyone in the world saw the entire context, here we don't know what Jimmy was saying. The title to the last post stands, though. "NBA Refs, Man," they can be outta
