I have a completely different feel about the two SoFla teams after their Finals’ G1s. With the 🐆 tonight, I feel that The Meadows is clearly the better team and will win the Stanley Cup. The 🐆 got off to the best possible start, a short-handed goal in the 1P, a typical 🐆 playoffs game that we were destined to win. The tying goal at 19:49 2P reinforced for me the 🐆 inevitability, but dear God, the 3P was all Vegas. Three unanswered goals. That made it a rout and established in my mind that Vegas was just the superior team.

The 🔥 got blown out of their G1 also and, unlike the 🐆, were never in their game after the 1Q. But having seen on replay Qs 1 and 4, I have no doubt that that rout is aberrational, and down to rare and shocking coaching failure to scheme for ⛰️. I don’t know who Erik Spoelstra was preparing for in those two+ days in Denver but it manifestly was not for the ⛰️, who are so predictable that they require only minimum coaching competence to counter and to defeat. There is zero, nada, zilch doubt in my mind that in G2 Spo will have his team ready for this opponent and that we will bear no resemblance to the Charlotte “Hornets” or whoever that was in G1. I am confident and I predict that 🔥 will win G2 at 8 pm Sunday.
