CFP Committee: Washington Replaces FSU at #4

1. Georgia
2. Ohio
3. m
4. Washington
5. FSU

The rankings are identical to those released Sunday by AP. On Monday however, before the CFP Committee vote, FSU talisman Jordan Travis made it official that his college football career is over.

If Ohio defeats the Stalions, reasonably foreseeable, although slightly unlikely as judged by Las Vegas, it is reasonable and probable that the Committee would bump m down a peg behind Washington. But if FSU loses to FU, more unlikely in the judgment of the House, m likely will remain in the Playoff. Unless in the unlikely event the “Buckeyes” rout them.

The system would then have one more opportunity to keep m from playing for the national championship, a forlorn hope that they would lose the B1G championship game.

In short, the great likelihood is that the system will do nothing to cleanse themselves of the stain with which they have permitted m to spatter them.
