It has been so many hours that I can't remember how I fell down that internet rabbit hole on Shelley Duvall, but it was a disturbing, disturbing fall. Stanley Kubrick was cruel to Duvall, it really was like Stockholm Syndrome. And Ryan O'Neal was an asshole to Tatum, he was no father to her. And Chantal Akerman was an asshole. Peter Sellers was an asshole. Maybe I should end my movie watching.
