She is a racing sailboat equipped with a great sail and a small rudder. A puff of wind sends her skimming the waves and she may cross the finish line were she the strength to steer the rudder. The propellant is too large, the rudder too small and her strength and constancy too weak and fleeting and so she goes everywhere and nowhere at once.
