Two Huge Matches Sunday Between Top-7 Clubs

Saudi Sovereign Wealth would leap from 7th to a points tie for 4th (last spot for UCL qualification) with a win and a (expected) loss by City.

Nottingham would all but condemn Rooks with a win and would put themselves in position to pressure Arsenal for second (the Arse does not handle pressure well). Then if they beat Arsenal in the Forest on Wednesday they will be level with them on points.

Slaverpool can go ten points clear of Arsenal (on one more game played) with a win at Etihad Stadium. The title race ended effectively today with Arsenal's loss in the Library to West Ham. Ten points with only twelve to go is yet more effective.

For City, a shock win would bring them level on points with Nottingham in 3rd, still in 4th on goal difference, but would put daylight and, dare to say, momentum in holding off Brighton in 5th.

Draws in either match would not impact the affected clubs positions and draws in both would leave the top of the table in stasis. Beeg Match Day begins at 9 bells, Eastern Colonies Time.
