New Miami Grudge Match

Spo New Miami

They were projected to win 38.5 games by ESPN Bet and expected to be the second Florida team behind the Orlando Magic (over/under total 51.5), which the Heat currently lead by two games. They’re currently on pace for 49 wins, and notably, the fourth seed in the East has averaged 48 victories since 2000.

If he does win COTY he will owe it to tonight's grudge opponent, Sensitive City. Flying there last season after making the 'loffs from the 10-seed was one of the best feelings he had ever had. Getting absolutely destroyed and humiliated was his worst. It led to an end-season meeting with the Grandgodfather and other C suiters at 601 Biscayne. He flat-out said, "we can't win" Riley's way, no-autopsy-no-foul. The times, they had a-changed.

He had always wanted to play fast but never had the personnel. With the Jimmy trade he now did. He brought onboard the originator of last season's Memphis' "wheel" offense, Noah Laroche, as a consultant, and look at New Miami: top pace in the league, top tier scoring, still top tier D.

We're going to beat the Cadavers (-7.5) tonight in the Bus.
