This is a nightmare. President Obama just does not know what to do and we're all watching him not know what to do. He is not clear in his own mind to what extent-if any-American interests are involved in Syria and he is not clear on how-if at all-morality should play into his decision. He cannot decide. He does not want to decide. He wants someone-Europe, Russia, the UN, Congress,-someone, anyone to make this decision for him. He is the commander-in-chief, he has had the authority all along to make this decision. He doesn't want to. We are watching a human being humiliate himself-and his country-in front of the world. It's like those "I want to be a star" shows when the contestant can't sing. It's excruciating to watch. I hope this guy isn't having some mental or nervous breakdown on us. I have never seen anything like this. I want to throw up.
