Uh Oh

The jurors in the Paul Manafort trial have the case. Today, they asked the judge four questions but one showed clearly to veteran trial lawyers which way the wind blows for the jurors asked Judge T.S. Eliot to redefine "reasonable doubt." On some questions lawyers are split on meaning. But on this one there is universal agreement: that is the best possible question for the defense and points powerfully toward acquital.
