That is a VERY good point that I had never stopped to consider before! What actual GOVERNING does the admin do? All Trump does all day is watch TV and tweet! There is no raison d’etre. He quit on the epidemic. There is no agenda for a second term. He has quit on the election, he acknowledged that he is going to lose and is just going through the motions of a campaign.
