For the first time in like forever the fall in Deaths over two weeks exceeds that of Hospitalizations. That pushed down POJoe’s D-H percentage to 2.98%, still have a point higher than in 47-1’s last week but almost half a point lower than where it was just two iterations ago—and trending, obviously, in the right direction.

New Cases reported on Feb 17 are 70,188, that is up about 800 from Feb 16 but still comparatively low.
Why do I start on a positive note only to kill my buzz? It’s not all good.
Deaths rose for the third day in a row, and dramatically Feb 17, to 2,459.
I hate Deaths.
