“Her delays here are extraordinary," Cobb said. "She ignored the government's request months ago to set the schedule under the Classified Information Procedures Act.... There are multiple steps that have to be gone through, and she hasn't completed step one. I think that alone frankly doomed the case to not start before the election [which Biden will win, but still] or the next year's inauguration of whomever wins."
Cobb goes on to say that this is the case even if a new judge is assigned.
I’m a lawyer, and to a lawyer this is appallingly painful. It is the most egregious bias I have ever seen, even in Miami state court. Cannon has successfully tubed a timely trial in an open-and-shut case.
