As I understand this, a firm, J.L. Partners, surveyed 1,000 voters to choose one word to describe what each of President Biden and Donald Trump want out of a second term as president. The words voters chose are then weighted by frequency chosen and graphically assembled in a “brightly colored” “word cloud”. 

For the president voters prominently chose,

…words like "nothing," "economy," "democracy" and "peace."

For Trumpie, voters chose,

"revenge," "power, "economy" and "dictatorship" 

Well yeah, that is what both men have been saying. Trumpie was so proud that voters so clearly had gotten his message that he promoted it:
