Sumatra Earthquake 2016

A "massive and shallow" earthquake has occurred off Sumatra, site of the devastating 2004 'quake. In earthquakes, like in politicians, you don't want "massive and shallow" unless you're Republican. Indonesia has issued a tsunami warning as have Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan.
