Per Atlanta Journal-Constitution the last of Fulton County’s 140,000 absentee mail ballots will be tabulated and released publicly at 11 a.m. At midnight Thursday Trump led statewide by 23,000 votes. Fulton County mail ballots so far have been 80% Biden. Not clear (to me) how many of the mail ballot results remain to be released.

Per New York Times Trump’s lead in GA under 19,000 “with nearly all of the counties with appreciable outstanding votes tinted blue on the map.”
