Oh, Strange Behavior by Putin in Speech

This was last Thursday, March 3. Putin’s anger seethed, it was palpable, and it was hateful. He was rattled and not fully in control--and this was a speech intended to reassure a domestic audience! Russians of all stripes, ordinaries, writers, artists, intellectuals, protesters are now trying to flee Putin just as 1.5M Ukrainians are fleeing Putin. The man has got big troubles. Watch:
