Deshaun Watson received the same suspension given to Myles Garrett – six games.

Garrett was benched for the final six games of the 2019 season due to his actions during an on-field brawl with Pittsburgh QB Mason Rudolph. At one point, Garrett hit Rudolph in the head with Rudolph’s helmet.

The National Football League, far and away the most popular professional league in the U.S., is clueless. It will be shocked at the national reaction to this six-game suspension. There's no getting through to the league. It is out of control in its treatment of women and minorities: Watson, Ray Rice, Ben Roethlisberger, Daniel Snyder, Jerry Jones, Mark Davis, Colin Kaepernick (as victim) are just a few who come to mind, players and owners alike. It is the ugliest, frat house cesspool. I don't know what it is going to take to end its imperium.
