Prosecutor Portrays Trump’s Actions as a Fraud on the American People

Am I wrong? Was the Enquirer criminally prosecuted for catching and killing these stories? They were convicted as a corporation of something, tax fraud, I think. Illegal campaign contribution, maybe. But a fraud on the American people? They weren't convicted of that, were they?
