People often don't ask me, "Ben what is the secret to your health and happiness when you're a hermit who has no friends, who lives in a hovel, who doesn't eat right, doesn't exercise and doesn't do health maintenance?"
I thank readers for this tremendous question.
There is a theory in medical circles that if one gets the mix of toxic substances circulating in the body just right that normal pathogens entering the body are astonished and flee in confusion and fear of eradication to seek a more suitable host. This theory is advanced by one elderly, amateur medical student in Miami and wants confirmatory evidence.
As for health maintenance physicians practicing their craft on me do not maintain my health.
As for happiness, I have everything that I want and don't need or want more. I am my favorite person and I get to hang out with him 24/7. I have Eleven. I have as near perfect a life as a mortal can have.
