How does Sensitive City get away with sitting both All-NBA Donovan Mitchell and All-Star and Defensive Player of the Year Evan Mobley for "rest"? How is this not a violation of the NBA commish's "participation" rules: though shalt not sit two stars for bullshit reasons?
