The Bulletin of Atomic Scientists resets its clock each year. For 2023 the scientists moved the clock to 90 secs before midnight. It had been at 100 secs since Jan. 2020.
2023 Doomsday Clock Announcement

This year, the Science and Security Board of the
Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists moves the hands of the Doomsday Clock
forward, largely (though not exclusively) because of the mounting
dangers of the war in Ukraine. The Clock now stands at 90 seconds to
midnight—the closest to global catastrophe it has ever been.
For stats freaks the furthest from midnight the Clock has ever been set was 17 mins in 1991.
