Napoli 2 Manchester City 4

Wow. Same proportional victory as at the Etihad but four away goals in the Champs League. City are the first English club ever to win at Napoli. They qualify for the round of 16.

Napoli scored first off a brilliant, City-like, pass in the 21st minute. Nicholas Otamendi evened things with a shot that bounced and flummoxed Napoli's keeper. John Stones gave the Angels the lead on a header in the 48th and again Napoli's keeper didn't look great. Napoli tied it on a PK in the 62' but were then stripped of the ball in identical fashion, in the same part of the pitch, too, leading to Kun Aguero's club record goal and match winner in the 69th, and British Sterling's strike in injury time, on which Napoli's keeper made like a hockey goalie, doing the splits and the ball either going through his legs or just wide of the out-stretched leg.

Spurs won impressively in London over Real Madrid, 3-1 and at This is Fenway, Liverpool "Red Sox" beat "Mari" 3-0 but how hard can that have been? Pitt's head coach said one time ahead of William and Mary that Mary doesn't scare him but William does.
