I'm bored so I'm going to post on this

Florida State and Clemson and maybe Miami, I don't know about that one, want to leave the ACC. As a Pitt alum and fan I would like to suggest that conference commissioner Jim Phillips borrow from Oliver Cromwell's speech to the Long Parliament:

"Go, in the name of God go! You have been here too long for any good you have done."

"ClemSU your decision is a simple one, you want to make it more complex but 'tain't happenin', to speak Southern. Your choices are: Pay the remaining ACC schools the est. $120 exit fee, abide by your agreement to sign over your entire grant of rights to all tiers to the conference and go play in the SEC for no TV money.--Or--Shut your pie holes cuz you don't look handsome when you open them too wide and play in the ACC for "only" $33M per year. See if you can scrape by on that. "*whiny voice* "We cain't compete for national championships on only $33M/year!" Half Ass U, you haven't SNIFFED A natty since 2013. In six full years since (I've rationalized your 3 wins in 9 games in 2020 to 4 over 13 games) you have averaged 6 wins a season playing Duke and Ga. Tech and Va Tech and B.C. You haven't won an ACC title since 2014. That's only eight complete seasons. I think you're ready to compete for a natty in the SEC for no TV revenue. You'll take 'em by storm! Go, or shut the fuck up. What you're not getting Half Ass U and IPTAY, "It's Probation Time Again Y'all", is a disproportionate share of revenue since you signed that ALL AWAY years ago for equal distribution.

This Pitt fan would be ecstatic to see these two whining bitches leave. They're not worth it financially or on the bottom line, weighing the pros of their presence with the negatives of their continued existence. Leave. And leave the money to us. See ya, don't want to be ya.
