I agree. The question for me is whether or not the judge and prosecution effectively compelled him to testify with the prosecution’s vast, vast “other crimes”evidence. I’m telling ya no Florida judge I ever tried cases before would have permitted that evidence. Florida case law is really clear: if it’s a feature it’s fatal.
