This guy inherited an indictment-ready case from Cy Vance and disbanded its Grand Jury causing the abrupt resignations of the two outside lead prosecutors.
This guy has signaled for months that he is going to indict Trump on this small potatoes, legally tenuous Stormy Daniels crap instead of Vance’s infinitely more serious case.
This guy has roiled the city of New York, had NYPD on uniform standby, caused protesters pro- and anti- to gather, has wound up the entire country, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, has put the prospective defendant, Trump, PRESUMED INNOCENT, on tenterhooks since last week.
This guy abruptly canceled today’s Grand Jury hearing with no explanation, left his office before 5 pm and has called the GJ back in tomorrow.
If a decision, charge or disband this Grand Jury, is not made this week, this guy should be removed from office. Period there.
