“They’re young”

“They’re one of the youngest teams in the NBA.”—You hear that a lot about the Zollner Pistons. They’re eighth youngest out of thirty-one teams. In the top quarter of youngest.

The youngest seven above them all have better records. OKC, second youngest, is the top team in the West. So it’s not that. Nor is it experience in the NBA, where they also rank eighth.

The least-experienced team is the same West-leading “Thunder”. 

The Zollner Pistons are the WORST team. Neither age nor experience accounts for it. Lack of talent, lack of effort, and lack of “pride” account for it.
